Our clients include the federal government, Large and small pharmaceutical companies, and major healthcare systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer at BDH Engineering located in Omaha, NE. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as Pressure relief device Analysis, Piping design, and some HVAC design and project management.

• Evaluate pressure relief valves and sizing scenarios
• Sizing and selection of system components (regulators, control valves, pumps etc.)
• Gather information in the field/plant library that is required to complete Relief Design calculations/documentation

Qualifications

• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least two years of project experience preferred but will train the right candidate
• Remote work available for suitable candidate
