I am currently representing a small-teamed MEP Design Firm in their search for an Electrical Engineer. This firm was founded 20 years ago by a pair of entrepreneurial engineers who saw their previous employer grow, become more bureaucratic & slower overall.

This gave them motivation to run a lean, fast paced firm that would cater to the motivated engineers in NYC who seek a fast track to senior leadership.

Candidates will have 5-7 projects on at any given time, across various stages of development. There are no restrictions on clients, everyone can be on the weekly calls, on the field, meeting with the clients, etc. This opportunity would be an accelerant to your career, offering exposure to all parts of the project lifecycle.

They have "lifelong" partners, specializing in Commercial fit-outs/Corporate Interiors for 75% of their work, and the other 25% being across Hospitality, Residential, Hotels, and some Infrastructure.

Must have experience with the fast-paced nature of commercial fit-outs & exposure to quick turnarounds.
