NOW HIRING: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Location: El Segundo, CA On-Site 6-Month Temp (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Pay Rate: Up to $33.91/hr 40+ hrs/week Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and optimize power electronic circuits and systems. This role requires hands-on lab work, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize power electronics circuits and systems
- Experiment and test in lab environments
- Troubleshoot and document test plans, procedures, and results
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines
- Create technical reports and present findings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
- Experience working with power electronics design and testing experience
- Proficiency in Simetrix, MATLAB/Simulink
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power supplies
- Strong understanding of power semiconductors, converters, inverters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with low voltage testing (100V and below)
- Hands-on testing and verification experience
- Knowledge of symmetric systems
- Familiarity with PowerPoint
