We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and support electrical engineering activities across multiple projects. This role involves system design, equipment specification, vendor coordination, and construction support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power systems engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical power distribution systems for large industrial facilities in accordance with industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct detailed electrical system studies using ETAP and/or SKM, including load flow, voltage drop, motor starting, short circuit, relay coordination, and arc flash analyses.
• Set and verify protective relay settings based on study outcomes.
• Review and validate project drawings and vendor documentation to ensure functionality, compliance, and constructability.
• Prepare technical bid evaluations for major electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and maintain accurate engineering documentation.
• Support project planning activities, including scheduling, resource management, and capacity planning.
• Participate in global workshare teams to meet project goals.
• Provide support during construction, startup, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (PE preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial or large-scale project environments.
• Solid knowledge of NEC, ISA, IEEE, and other relevant international standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and discipline-specific tools.
• Advanced experience with ETAP and/or SKM required; familiarity with AutoCAD and SmartPlant is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, startup, and commissioning practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively in a global, multi-disciplinary environment.
