Now Hiring: Senior Electrical Engineer

Bothell, WA Full-Time Onsite

$100,000-$130,000/year

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and validation of electro-mechanical systems in respiratory, sleep, and cardio-pulmonary care. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact in patients' lives, this is your team.


What You'll Bring:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience (medical device industry preferred)
  • Experience designing mixed analog/digital PCBs, power supplies, and motor control systems
  • Hands-on skills: board bring-up, troubleshooting, lab work (oscilloscopes, multimeters)
  • Protocol fluency: Ethernet, I2C, SPI, etc.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC best practices, external PCB manufacturing, and regulatory standards (IEC 60601, FDA)


Preferred Extras (Bonus Points If You Have):

  • Altium Designer experience
  • BLDC / stepper motor & electro-mechanical design
  • FPGA skills & embedded microcontroller experience
  • Wireless communication knowledge
  • FMEA & design documentation experience
  • Experience building turnkey test fixtures & prototypes


What You'll Do

  • Lead electrical design for electro-mechanical medical devices
  • Develop and test high-performance circuit boards
  • Troubleshoot hardware-software systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and marketing
  • Support NPD and sustaining projects
  • Prepare documentation, validation reports, and design reviews


Your Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based with some lab work (engineering lab)
  • Minimal lifting (
  • Hands-on role with lots of creative problem solving
