JOB SUMMARY

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll design and develop commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, perform load calculations, equipment selections, and collaborate with architects and engineers to meet design and regulatory standards. You will also provide technical guidance to CAD designers and conduct job site inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• EIT certification, with plans to become a licensed Professional Engineer
• 5+ years in commercial HVAC and plumbing system design
• Proficiency in Revit , Trane Trace 700 , and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work in both office and construction site environments, requiring physical ability to navigate job sites.
