As a Bilingual Mechanical Engineer Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, testing, and analysis. Responsibilities:
Assistant senior engineers on technology research and functions to familiarize with the company's logistics operations and processes.
Learn and master key areas of engineering, such as mechanical automation, electrical engineering, logistics robot development and supply chain management.
Participate in logistics project management, including supply chain optimization, cost control, and mechanical efficiency improvement.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Build and maintain cooperative relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.
Provide innovative suggestions and improvements to enhance logistics process efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
New graduates are welcome to apply! Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering related field is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Strong Hands-on skills and basic machine tool skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong team spirit and leadership potential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in data analysis, MS office and report writing is required.
