A bit about us:We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will handle a variety of personal injury claims including slip and fall, product liability, premises liability, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide legal representation to individuals who have suffered personal injuries as a result of negligence, malpractice, or recklessness of others. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to advocating for justice on behalf of our clients, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve.

1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.

8. Provide exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication, providing case updates, and addressing any concerns or questions in a timely manner.
Job DetailsQualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on slip and fall, product liability, premises liability, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death cases.
4. Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and obtaining favorable verdicts at trial.
5. Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Compassionate and empathetic with a strong commitment to advocating for clients who have suffered personal injuries.
10. Proficiency in using legal software for case management, document management, and legal research.
