We are seeking a Attorney with a strong background in Oil & Gas to join our dynamic Tech Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to be part of a team that is shaping the future of the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of oil and gas matters, including joint operating agreements, farmouts, federal leasing, and state leasing. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in the field and a deep understanding of the legal complexities associated with the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of oil and gas agreements, including joint operating agreements, farmouts, federal leases, and state leases.
2. Providing legal advice and guidance on a broad range of oil and gas matters, ensuring that the company's activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Collaborating with other departments to identify potential legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
4. Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in oil and gas law.
5. Representing the company in any legal disputes or litigation related to oil and gas matters.
6. Working closely with the management team to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. At least 3 years of experience as an attorney in the Oil & Gas industry with a focus on joint operating agreements, farmouts, federal leasing, and state leasing.
3. Admission to a state bar.
4. Strong knowledge of oil and gas laws and regulations.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
