An established leader in the paper manufacturing industry is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with a strong technical background and experience optimizing production processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall production effectiveness.
Coordinate and oversee product trials, working closely with chemical suppliers to ensure optimal material integration.
Monitor and analyze quality data, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams to develop and refine manufacturing strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations while driving innovation in production techniques.
Minimum requirements for this Process Engineer / Chemical Engineer position:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Sciences, or a closely related field.
Extensive knowledge of the paper manufacturing industry, including processes, equipment, and materials.
Proven experience in process optimization, quality control, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of working effectively in a team-driven environment.
