We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-performance mechanical systems from design through construction, contributing to energy-efficient, sustainable builds across Colorado.
This position will be ideal for a candidate with a solid background in HVAC and MEP principals, looking to advance their career with a company that supports professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems for commercial buildings (HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, etc.)
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver integrated building solutions
- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
- Support LEED certification and sustainable design initiatives on projects
- Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, and client requirements
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Proven track record of relevant MEP/HVAC design experience, preferably in the commercial sector
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software
- Understanding of LEED and sustainable building practices is highly preferred
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- EIT certification a plus, but not required. We have Licensed PE's in house to help you develop should that route be of interest!
