Your Role Includes


Reviewing and stamping mechanical projects of all complexities and sizes

Directing design strategies and concepts on complex projects

Leading audits, feasibility assessments, and investigations, and writing corresponding reports

Conducting site visits and troubleshooting construction issues; collaborating on solutions

Mentoring intermediate and junior-level engineers and designers

Supporting the continuous development of mechanical design standards and practices


What You will Bring to the Team


Design experience with central plant systems, including hot water, steam, and chilled water systems

Significant exposure to DDC control systems, including writing sequences of operations, specifications, and troubleshooting on-site control issues

Extensive knowledge of codes and standards, including OBC, ASHRAE, CSA, and ASPE standards

Design experience across multiple industries, including commercial, industrial, educational, multi-unit residential, healthcare, and government

Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize, multitask, and work well under deadlines

A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share ideas with a track record of sound judgment and decision-making

Professional engineering license in Ontario with at least 5 years of Canadian experience.
