Are you a licensed Mechanical Engineer (PE) ready to take ownership of HVAC and plumbing systems in complex industrial environments? This role offers the opportunity to lead full-project lifecycles, from initial concept and detailed design through installation and commissioning.

We're looking for a technically strong, solutions-driven professional who can deliver high-performance, code-compliant systems for heavy industrial and food manufacturing facilities-while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution.


What You'll Do:

  • Own HVAC/plumbing design projects from cradle to grave
  • Create detailed drawings, specs, and cost-effective proposals
  • Ensure code compliance and industry standards are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients for seamless integration
  • Oversee QA/QC, documentation, and commissioning


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's in mechanical engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in any state (support provided for Iowa licensure)
  • 5+ years of cradle-to-grave HVAC/plumbing design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP (or similar tools)
  • Strong grasp of industry codes and standards (industrial/food/pharma preferred)
  • Communication and leadership skills that move projects forward
