Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Collegeville/Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Permanent
Salary Range: $100K-$115K
Bonus Eligible: Up to 6% annually
Relocation/Signing Bonus: $2.5K-$5K
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and sustain PCB and electronic circuitry in existing products, including advanced ATI sensors like the MetriNet Smart Water Quality System and Q46/45C4 Conductivity Monitor
- Lead production support: Finalize implementations, develop test methodologies, and build validation fixtures
- Prepare hardware documentation: Work instructions, engineering change requests, and release materials
- Provide advanced hardware support to internal teams across the organization
- Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams, supporting schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their technical development
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing support
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Strong expertise in PCB hardware design, analog circuitry, and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium (or similar schematic capture and PCB layout tools)
- Skilled with lab/test instruments: oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQ systems, environmental chambers
- Experience collaborating across departments to deliver technical support
