Are you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who thrives in high-tech manufacturing environments? Ready to take ownership of automation, safety, and system design projects from concept to completion?

This isn't your average engineering desk job. You'll play a key role in a fast-paced Tier 1 automotive supply plant, working cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and leadership teams across all shifts.

What You'll Do

• Lead automation and capital improvement projects
• Design, modify, and implement mechanical systems for efficient, safe production
• Provide day-to-day support to maintenance and production
• Ensure OSHA compliance and ergonomic system design

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant
• Strong CAD, project management, and communication skills
• Experience with pneumatics/hydraulics or robotics? That's a big plus
