Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and technologies. This role requires a strong background in agriculture, engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The R&D Engineer will play a crucial role in advancing our projects from concept to prototype, ensuring that all designs meet quality and performance standards.

  • Even-flow distributors
  • Counter King swivels
  • Complete manure injection systems

  • Manure Spreaders

Duties

  • Design and develop new products using CAD software, including SolidWorks and other engineering tools.
  • R&D assembly (Welding, Testing, Production)
  • Create assemblies from raw materials or parts
  • Create drawings for mechanical components and assemblies
  • Fabricate prototypes and conduct experiments to validate designs.
  • Develop test methods and perform quality audits on products or assemblies.
  • Create and interpret schematics for hydraulic components and systems.
  • Implement GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) practices to ensure precise manufacturing specifications.
  • Engage in engineering projects, applying cutting-edge technology to create innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product designs based on testing feedback.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Farm or AG backgrounds are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, is essential.
  • Experience with fabrication techniques welding, cutting with torches or grinders and prototyping processes.
  • Exposure to engineering concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
