About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to develop tailored product requirements.

- Analyze and enhance systems using FEA, analytical formulas, and industry benchmarks.

- Optimize designs for pumps, valves, and flow control devices.

- Design and select materials for piping layouts (PVC, Stainless Steel, Copper, HDPE).

- Utilize DFMEA, PFMEA, and DFMA for reliable and high-quality designs.

- Craft detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) for projects.

- Ensure comprehensive documentation for all commercial-ready designs.

- Innovate with operations to integrate with manufacturing capabilities.

- Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years in engineering, with a focus on HVAC is preferred.

- Strong analytical and computational fluid dynamics skills.

- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred:

- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.

- Master's in Mechanical Engineering (MSME).

- Proficiency in SolidWorks, DraftSight, AutoCAD, Revit.
