Wellascent Electronic () is a world leading flat electromagnetic wire manufacturer. We produce enameled and PEEK wires that serve OEM customers and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry.


Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial equipment and associated MEP infrastructure.
  • Conduct acceptance for new equipment.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment to ensure compliance with State standards.
  • Operate and maintain machinery (e.g. forklifts, scissor lifts) for equipment relocation and installation tasks.
  • Lead plant infrastructure project, including cost estimation, timeline development, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee contractor work, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Ensure equipment installations meet local requirements (e.g. UL, OSHA) for industrial environments.
  • Prepare, set up and manage plant total production maintenance (TPM) documentation.
  • Resolve critical equipment failures in production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce operational cost.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or company.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in industrial equipment installation/maintenance in manufacturing industry.
  • Valid driver license required.
  • Forklift operator license required.
  • Hands-on experience and proven expertise as a maintenance engineer
  • Understanding of Texas industrial codes and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of equipment installation.
  • Ability to work overtime and travel as required
  • Equipment repair, rebuild, and/or purchasing experience
