What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop complex electrical systems, including power distribution, protection, lighting, fire alarms, security, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Perform system studies and simulations using advanced tools like SKM Power Tools and ETAP.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with on-the-ground conditions.
  • Share technical expertise through white papers and engineering documentation.
  • Support proposal development and client engagement while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support overall team growth and performance.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
  • U.S. citizenship (required for federal project eligibility)
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with power system design for water, wastewater, transit, industrial, or federal facilities
  • Familiarity with industry codes such as NEC, NFPA, NESC, IEEE, UFC, and others
  • Proficiency in CADD, Microsoft Office, and technical analysis tools
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead
