Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) - Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week)
Travel: 10-20% (regional and national)
Compensation Range: $110,000 - $165,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to spearhead and expand our electrical design capabilities in the Baltimore region. This is a leadership-track role for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is eager to build and mentor a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing building systems for institutional clients, possess strong technical and project leadership skills, and be able to obtain security clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design projects across lighting, power, fire alarm, telecom, and security.
- Perform code compliance analysis, load calculations, and system documentation.
- Create detailed design deliverables using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary engineers.
- Provide QA/QC oversight and mentor junior staff.
- Support business development by cultivating client relationships and pursuing new project opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related).
- Active PE license.
- Minimum 10 years of electrical building systems design experience.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Experience in institutional sectors (government, healthcare, higher ed).
- Familiarity with codes, standards, and design guidelines for building systems.
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance (required).
- LEED or CEM credentials a plus.
