Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field, and 3 years of experience in any occupation which plasma etch engineering experience was gained. Alternately, company will accept PhD degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience and coursework must include: 1. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and DRAM integration. 2. Design of experiments (DOE) to resolve complex materials analysis problems. 3. Statistical analysis methods and tools. 4. Measure SEM/CDSEM/TEM images and interpret data.
