We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team and support the planning, design, and analysis of facility HVAC, plumbing, and basic fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and specify HVAC, plumbing, and basic fire protection systems for a variety of building types and client needs.
• Perform mechanical calculations including load sizing, ductwork, piping, ventilation rates, and energy efficiency metrics.
• Select mechanical equipment such as AHUs, RTUs, pumps, ceiling fixtures, and plumbing fixtures based on project specifications and code requirements.
• Develop project design budgets, track costs, and contribute to pricing estimates for engineering services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; PE license preferred or in progress.
• 3-7 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing system design for building facilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and mechanical calculation tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, plumbing codes, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to clients and cross-functional teams.
