Job Description:

Join a growing, innovation-driven medical device company at the forefront of healthcare technology. We're looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong circuit and PCB design experience to join our R&D team.


This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone passionate about designing reliable, high-performance electronics that meet the demands of regulated healthcare environments. Still we encourage those from all industries to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design analog and digital circuits, including high-speed and low-noise systems
  • Perform schematic capture and collaborate on PCB layout and design reviews
  • Select and integrate components: microcontrollers, FPGAs, ADCs/DACs, sensors, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with IEC 60601-1, ISO 13485, and EMC/EMI standards
  • Support prototyping, bring-up, debugging, and system-level integration
  • Work cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and systems engineering teams
  • Document designs and support technical files for regulatory submissions (FDA, CE)


Qualifications:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in circuit board / PCB design (preferably for medical devices or other regulated products)
  • Proficient in Altium, OrCAD, or similar schematic/layout tools
  • Solid understanding of signal integrity, grounding, and power design best practices
  • Experience with IEC 60601-1, EMC, and electrical safety standards is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills


Preferred Experience:

  • Background in medical imaging, diagnostics, or wearable health tech
  • Experience designing products through FDA Class II/III or ISO 13485 processes
  • Knowledge of design transfer and working with contract manufacturers
