We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our (Electrical) team within the Engineering Operations and maintenance (O&M) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment in renewable energy projects.
  • Lead and direct the electrical team.
  • Analyze and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry Prepare weekly and annual plans for the electrical team.
  • standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the commissioning and testing of new electrical installations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
