The Mechanical Engineering role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted operation of our electrical systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, analyze, and implement electrical systems for data centers, including power distribution, remote power panels, backup power, test areas, and monitoring systems. Develop and design power distribution products using computer-aided design tools Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery. Capture design updates/redlines and create ECOs. Create and maintain BOMs and drawings REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of five years (5+) of related experience Working with Mission Critical Components within a Data Center environment a plus. Proficiency in SolidWorks Some knowledge of the following standards but not limited to: UL1062, UL891, & NEC Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
