Requirements: Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning and Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning and Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelors, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Mining traffic data using R and Python; Creating dashboards to visualize traffic data using Tableau, ArcGIS, and Power BI; Developing and maintaining databases using SQL; Creating and modifying travel demand models using TransCAD and Cube; and Analyzing toll rates and their impact on traffic volumes for tolled express lane facilities. Must have an active U.S. Professional Engineer license. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days a week, depending on business need. Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.
