Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Department Head - Electrical to provide leadership and oversight for electrical design projects within our firm. This role will report to the Office Manager and collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure the successful design and implementation of electrical systems for various building projects. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer, passionate about mentoring junior staff and dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Required Qualifications: Qualifications Professional Engineering (PE) license is required. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. 10-15 years of progressive experience in electrical design, project engineering, or project management. Proficiency in electrical design software, such as Visual, Elum Tools, and MS Office. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
