Recent products include: custom high-voltage regulator design, dense circuit cards for telecommunications and data storage applications, and developing unique telecommunication systems using cutting-edge components. Some of our products will fit on your fingertip, others in the palm of your hand, while some require a ship for transport. No two of our projects are quite alike, and this affords our engineering team with a variety of interesting, challenging, and relevant assignments. Responsibilities: As an Advanced Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for design, integration, and test. Our customers approach us to solve their most demanding problems, and most of our projects require a considerable amount of creative thinking and a willingness to develop new solutions and take measured risks. As an engineer on our team, you would have the opportunity to gain broad electrical design experience and gain mentorship from others with decades of background in multiple technical disciplines. Education Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Preferred Skills: Analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis, including Hyperlynx (PI and SI) and LTSpice High-voltage regulator design and associated design rules Digital backplane design (e.g., 3U VPX) in compliance with VITA / SOSA specifications What sets you apart: Proficient in electrical engineering circuit card design and mixed Signal circuit analysis Habitually ahead of technology trends, with background in test, troubleshooting Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing Collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others This client is a US Federal Government contractor and is legally required to hire US Citizens.
