Requirements: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field, and 2 years of experience in occupation or related position. In the alternative, employer will also accept bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field, and 4 years of experience in occupation or related position. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: 1. Epitaxy silicon substrate wafer; 2. High temperature atmospheric pressure epitaxy chamber within 1degC above 1100 degC control; 3. Model Based IR for spectrum difference on thickness measurement; 4. JMP statistics software for data analysis and complex Design Of Experiment (DOE); and 5.
