Interaction with team: - Multiple opportunities to collaborate with our design team as well as other functional organizations Team Structure - Our division is Power Electronics and Motors. Within that division we are one of 4 motor component teams. The team consists of project leads, senior engineers and design engineers. Work environment: Office with open cubicle environment. Occasional visits to manufacturing facilities adjacent to our office building. Education & Experience Required: - Years of experience: 1-5 - Degree requirement: BS ME or Agriculture (accredited institution) - Do you accept internships as job experience: YES Technical Skills - Strong analytical skills - Strong ability to multi-task - Strong communication and collaboration skills Additional Technical Skills (Required) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports. - Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD). - Analytical skills, initiating ideas, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities Soft Skills (Required) - Strong analytical skills - Strong ability to multi-task - Strong communication and collaboration skills
